WORK WITH ME

# Tell me what's stuck. We'll shape the work around it.

No packages to pick from. Some teams need a sharp outside read in a couple of weeks. Others want a partner for a few quarters. We figure out which on the first call.

WHAT TEAMS BRING ME

## Sound familiar?

### PLG

"Signups are up, but activation is flat."

Rebuilding the first session around the moment of value.

"Free users never convert."

Free plan limits, trial design and the paywall.

"Sales and self-serve fight over the same accounts."

PQL definitions and routing both teams trust.

"We can’t tell which experiments worked."

Instrumentation and an experiment cadence that compounds.

### AGENTS

"Agents can’t find or understand our pricing."

Machine-readable pricing, docs and plan details.

"An AI agent can’t start a trial with us."

A signup path agents can complete on a buyer’s behalf.

"We don’t know how agents see us."

Multi-agent testing across the tools buyers actually use.

### PRICING

"Seat revenue is shrinking as customers adopt AI."

Moving to hybrid or outcome pricing without losing accounts.

"Our AI features cost us more than they earn."

Packaging, credits and usage limits that protect margin.

"Finance won’t sign off on usage pricing."

Committed floors, caps and forecasts a CFO can plan on.

"We don’t know who wins and loses if we change."

Account-level modeling in your own warehouse.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS USUALLY TAKE SHAPE

## As deep as the problem needs. No deeper.

### A sharp outside read

A short diagnostic of your funnel, agent path or pricing, ending with what to fix first and why.

Good when you need clarity before committing a team.

### A focused project

A PLG or pricing project with a clear outcome: onboarding rebuilt, an agent path shipped, or a repricing your board can approve.

Good when the problem is named and the team is ready.

### Ongoing advising

Regular working sessions with your leaders, async review in between, and an experiment and pricing cadence that compounds.

Good when growth and pricing need a steady senior voice.

HOW WE START

## Three steps, and no commitment until the third.

01 · OPTIONAL

### Free Growth X-ray

So we start from real findings, not guesses.

02 · 30 MINUTES

### A conversation

The number you want to move, what you've tried, who on your team owns it.

03 · WITHIN A FEW DAYS

### A one-page proposal

Scope, outcome, timing and a fixed price. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so and point you elsewhere.

GOOD FIT

## Who I work best with

**B2B SaaS past product-market fit**, with a self-serve or hybrid motion and enough signups to learn from.

**A named problem**: activation stalled, agents can't get through, or pricing hasn't kept up with AI.

**A team that owns the work.** I make them sharper and faster; execution stays with you.

PROBABLY NOT A FIT

## When to look elsewhere

Still searching for product-market fit.

Looking for someone to run your team day to day.

Wanting a pricing change without involving finance or sales.

## QUESTIONS

What does it cost?

Every engagement is priced to your business: the problem we're solving, the depth it needs, and how your team wants to work. After our first call you get a fixed price in a short written proposal, so there are no surprises.

Do we need both PLG and pricing work?

No. Most teams start with whichever hurts more. Because they share one revenue path, I'll flag it if fixing one depends on the other.

What does "building for agents" actually mean?

Making sure an AI agent acting for a buyer can understand what you do, find your pricing, start a trial and reach first value without a human clicking through for it.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not to start. For deeper pricing work your team runs open queries in your own warehouse and shares aggregate tables. Raw data never leaves your walls.

Advisor or fractional leader?

Advisor. I work alongside the leaders you have on strategy, priorities and review. If you need someone running the team daily, I'll help you find that person.

## What's the number you want to move?

Bring it to a 30-minute call. You'll leave with at least one idea worth testing, whether or not we work together.
